Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) from the UAE is all set to take part in the fifth edition of Big 5 Construct Egypt, one of the country’s biggest and most important construction events. The exhibition will be held from 17 to 19 June 2025 at the Egypt International Exhibition Center (EIEC) in Cairo.

As Egypt’s construction industry is growing fast, more businesses are looking for ways to expand into new markets. RAKEZ is offering a great opportunity for Egyptian companies that want to enter the Gulf region. It provides an easy business setup process, low-cost infrastructure, and access to some of the UAE’s most active development zones.

The exhibition will bring together top players from various sectors like building materials, construction equipment, HVAC systems, solar energy, digital tools, and urban design. RAKEZ’s presence at the event shows its commitment to building strong international partnerships and helping investment grow in the region.

Ras Al Khaimah is becoming a major global hub for real estate and infrastructure development. Big projects like the USD 5 billion Wynn Resort and the Etihad Rail network are bringing global attention. The emirate is currently working on over 1,000 active projects worth more than USD 75 billion. Thanks to its world-class ports and great location, it offers smooth trade connections across the region and beyond—making it attractive to construction-related businesses.

RAKEZ’s goals match well with the UAE and Egypt’s focus on infrastructure, industry, and entrepreneurship. For Egyptian businesses, it offers a practical and well-supported platform to grow in the Gulf and beyond.

Currently, RAKEZ is home to more than 30,000 companies, including many global firms in the construction sector. Around 1,500 Egyptian entrepreneurs are already operating there, which shows how strong the business ties are between the UAE and Egypt.

At the event, RAKEZ will launch a special UAE business setup package just for attendees. This offer, priced at USD 3,300, includes a UAE residence visa, fast company registration, and access to different business spaces like coworking offices, warehouses, and ready-to-build land. RAKEZ also provides complete support through its digital platform and offers long-term packages for business growth and entry into regional and global markets.

RAKEZ Group CEO Ramy Jallad said, “Ras Al Khaimah is now a key destination for global construction companies. With our investor-friendly policies and growing infrastructure projects, we’re excited to meet businesses at Big 5 Construct Egypt who are looking to be part of this success story. We’re proud of the many Egyptian entrepreneurs already with us and look forward to supporting even more in the future.”
