SEHA Clinics Unveils Premier Community Clinic on Saadiyat Island

Post by : Bianca Haleem

SEHA Clinics, part of PureHealth, has launched its premier community clinic on Saadiyat Island as a step toward boosting access to quality, patient-centered healthcare in Abu Dhabi.

The opening ceremony was attended by prominent healthcare figures like Dr Noura Al Ghaithi, Undersecretary at the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi, alongside Dr Rashed Al Suwaidi, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre. Executives from PureHealth and SEHA Clinics were also present.

Officials pointed out that this clinic aligns with Abu Dhabi’s commitment to enhancing primary healthcare. Dr Fayeza Al Yafei, Executive Director at the Department of Health, emphasized that the facility will facilitate access to integrated and personalized care for families at every life stage.

Dr Khadija Al Marashda noted that the clinic aims to fortify community healthcare through early diagnosis, preventive initiatives, and continuous health support. This will enable main hospitals to concentrate on complex treatments.

This facility is a part of a broader expansion initiative by SEHA Clinics across Abu Dhabi, targeting improved healthcare access in residential neighborhoods for both preventive and specialized care.

Situated on Saadiyat Island, the clinic operates daily from 10 am to 6 pm, offering an extensive range of services including family medicine, pediatrics, dermatology, women’s health, diagnostics, and physiotherapy.

Designed for a seamless patient experience, the facility features digital registration, personalized assistance, and a welcoming atmosphere enhanced by modern interiors.

Currently, SEHA Clinics boasts over 800 doctors in 35 facilities throughout Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. The new clinic will not only provide treatment but also champion wellness via health programs, screenings, and community initiatives.
