His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Holding, celebrated the achievements of the 2025 cohort within the Group's national development programmes hosted by Al Multaqa. This initiative aims to elevate and harness Emirati talent.

At the ceremony, 23 employees who completed their graduate development programmes, including the Leaders of Tomorrow initiative, were celebrated. This programme seeks to equip Emirati professionals with essential leadership skills and practical experiences, propelling Dubai's economic future.

The event was graced by notable attendees including His Excellency Mohamed bin Hadi Al Hussaini, Minister of State for Financial Affairs, Amit Kaushal, Group Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Holding, and His Excellency Malek Al Malek, Group CEO of Dubai Holding Asset Management, alongside other senior officials.

During his address, Sheikh Ahmed reiterated the pivotal role of national talent in the evolving narrative of the UAE’s development.
