New Board for Dubai Real Estate Corporation Appointed by Sheikh Mohammed

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, has officially issued Decree No. (16) of 2026, establishing a new Board of Directors for the Dubai Real Estate Corporation.

Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, serving as the First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, has been designated as the Chairman of the newly formed Board.

The decree also appoints Hesham Abdullah Al Qassim as the Vice Chairman of the Board.

Members joining the Board include His Excellency Mohamed Hadi Ahmed Al Hussaini, Rashid Mohammed Rashid Al Mutawa, Shoaib Mir Hashem Khoory, Abdulaziz Mohammed Al Mulla, and Rashed Ali bin Obood Al Falasi.

This decree is effective as of its release and will be published in the Official Gazette according to standard procedures.
