New Partnership Set to Enhance Mobility Services in Ajman

Post by : Bianca Haleem

Dubai Taxi Company PJSC (DTC), a leading player in UAE’s mobility sector, has partnered with AJ Industries LLC (AJI) through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at amplifying mobility services throughout Ajman.

This agreement showcases DTC’s strategic growth plans, aiming to extend its reach beyond Dubai while promoting innovative and efficient transportation services in the UAE.

The collaboration will leverage DTC’s operational excellence and advanced digital tools along with AJI’s in-depth knowledge of the local market to enhance mobility offerings in Ajman.

Together, both firms hope to build a robust mobility model catering to various transportation needs, which could also pave the way for future expansions into other emirates.

Mansoor Rahma Alfalasi, CEO of Dubai Taxi Company, expressed the significance of this new initiative, mentioning DTC’s existing education transportation services in Ajman as a foundation for this collaboration.

He emphasized that the partnership will facilitate the introduction of their advanced operational capabilities and innovative solutions to create a connected and customer-friendly transportation system for residents and visitors alike.

The joint effort will explore opportunities to implement modern e-hailing options, including platforms like Bolt, into Ajman’s existing taxi services, enhancing booking processes and overall service efficiency.

Furthermore, plans to enhance fleet management and upgrade digital booking systems are also on the agenda, ensuring a more convenient travel experience for users.

DTC and AJ Industries are also looking at ways to improve driver provisioning and workforce solutions to meet rising demand, ensuring high service standards within the transportation sector.

The agreement places significant emphasis on modernizing the limousine segment, with both companies keen on enhancing premium services via advanced technologies.

The partnership also seeks to explore opportunities in corporate mobility, tourism, and on-demand premium travel, thereby supporting Ajman’s economic and tourism growth.

Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, CEO of AJ Industries, remarked on the transformative potential of this collaboration, aiming to deliver technology-driven transport solutions tailored for Ajman’s unique landscape.

This initiative underscores the importance of public-private collaboration in transforming the UAE’s mobility framework, in line with national goals for smarter and more sustainable transportation systems. Through this alliance, both companies aspire to elevate mobility services, contribute to economic growth, and enhance connectivity in Ajman.
