The meeting was co-chaired by Lana Nusseibeh, UAE Minister of State, and Majid Takht Ravanchi, Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister for Political Affairs. The session was attended by Khalid Belhoul, UAE Ambassador to Iran, Reza Ameri, Iran’s Ambassador to the UAE, and senior officials from both countries.

Both sides welcomed the consultations as an important platform to discuss a wide range of issues of mutual interest. They reviewed UAE-Iran bilateral relations and discussed practical steps to strengthen cooperation and advance shared interests for the benefit of both nations and their people.

The two delegations also exchanged views on several foreign policy matters, including the latest regional developments impacting peace and security, along with ongoing efforts to address these challenges.
