Post by : Bianca Haleem

Prepare for an enchanting celebration at Dubai’s renowned Global Village as it honors the UAE’s 54th Eid Al Etihad from 27 November to 3 December 2025. This multicultural locale will transform under the theme “United,” showcasing a vivid expression of national pride, culture, and creativity in tribute to the UAE’s foundation.

Global Village will be adorned with vibrant Eid Al Etihad decorations and the dazzling colors of the UAE flag, decorating gates, landmarks, and pathways. Attendees can snap unforgettable moments in front of ten cultural installations, each representing beautiful Emirati traditions.

The sky will come alive with fireworks from 1 to 3 December at 9:00 PM, illuminating the night in national colors. Additionally, on 1 and 2 December, exclusive UAE-themed drone shows will blend modern technology with traditional pride.

One of the standout features of this week will be the theatrical dance operetta “From the Desert to the Stars,” showcased twice daily on the Main Stage from 1 to 3 December. This moving performance illustrates the UAE’s journey towards unity and ambition. Guests can also enjoy traditional Yola and Harbiya dances, which resonate with the nation’s rhythmic heritage. Musical festivities will peak with a live concert by Khaleeji singer Khalid Mohammed on 1 December at 9 PM.

For those who love shopping, the Emirates Pavilion, 971 Community Pavilion, and Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation Pavilion will feature unique Emirati products crafted by local families. The Heritage Village, with support from the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Heritage Center, will display authentic crafts and cultural artifacts as well.

Food enthusiasts can indulge in traditional Emirati dishes, including Luqaimat, Ragag bread, and various other heritage offerings celebrating the nation’s culinary heritage.

Global Village remains a beacon of unity and pride during Eid Al Etihad, promising visitors an unforgettable experience that connects community spirit with joy and celebration.
