In a groundbreaking initiative, the UAE government has unveiled a comprehensive strategy to revitalize its public services by leveraging cutting-edge artificial intelligence.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister, assessed the latest advancements in integrating Agentic AI into the public sector during a recent meeting.
The discussion included notable figures such as Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and various high-ranking officials from the UAE.
This ambitious project aims to transform 50% of government services within two years by deploying Agentic AI technologies that will automate tasks and facilitate decision-making with minimal human oversight.
During the presentation, officials emphasized that the initiative intends to enhance service quality, accelerate government workflows, and boost overall efficiency through state-of-the-art digital capabilities and coordinated federal data systems.
Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has directed the strategic framework reinforcing the nation’s leadership in artificial intelligence and innovative governance.
Key officials, including Omar Sultan Al Olama and Mohammad Abdullah Al Gergawi, confirmed that the project is already underway under high-level oversight.
This initiative also aims to strengthen national AI competencies, promote swift decision-making, and enhance proactive government services, ensuring availability around the clock.
According to officials, this transformation embodies the UAE’s long-term objective of becoming a pioneer in AI-driven governance and citizen-focused public services.
The expected outcomes are poised to revolutionize the delivery of government services, rendering them faster, smarter, and more accessible for the nation’s residents and enterprises.
