Valet Services in Abu Dhabi Require ITC Licensing

The Integrated Transport Centre (ITC), under the Department of Municipalities and Transport, has issued a clear reminder that all companies offering valet parking services in Abu Dhabi must have a proper license from the ITC before starting their operations.

The ITC warned that offering valet services without a license, or misusing a current one, is against the law. Those who do so will face legal consequences.

To ensure rules are being followed, ITC’s inspection teams are regularly checking valet service locations. These checks are part of their efforts to keep Abu Dhabi safe, organized, and up to high living standards.

The ITC called on businesses like hotels, malls, and service providers to check their license status and make sure their documents are valid and meet all legal requirements.

They also advised the public to only use licensed valet parking services. This protects customers’ rights and helps keep their vehicles safe.

If anyone sees illegal valet activities or violations, they can report them through ITC’s official contact channels. This is part of the center’s plan to monitor services better, maintain order, and support Abu Dhabi’s clean and modern image.

This directive is part of ITC’s larger goal to improve service quality, make sure laws are followed, and support a smooth and safe transport system for everyone.
