H.H. Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, recently held discussions with Gérald Darmanin, Minister of Justice for France. This high-profile encounter aimed at fortifying bilateral ties and uncovering new avenues for collaboration concerning justice and legal affairs.

The discussions underscored the significance of sharing knowledge and expertise between judicial authorities from both nations. This initiative is set to bolster the efficacy of their judicial systems and to advance cooperation on legal and regulatory concerns of mutual interest.

Sheikh Khaled emphasized Abu Dhabi's dedication to enhancing its global partnerships, especially in sectors nurturing innovation and legal reforms. He reaffirmed the UAE's strategy to assimilate global best practices and share its expertise to reinforce alliances with pivotal international partners like France.

Minister Darmanin expressed gratitude for the UAE's dynamic approach to collaboration, noting that such engagements are crucial for pinpointing collaborative areas, from training judicial officials to cooperative legal research and policy advancements.

Several senior UAE officials were present at the meeting, including Khaldoon Khalifa Al Mubarak, Chairman of the Executive Affairs Authority, who contributed strategic insights into the discussed initiatives. Also in attendance was Saif Saeed Ghobash, Chairman of the Office of the Crown Prince, who engaged in policy coordination and international relations discussions.

Noteworthy attendees included Maryam Eid AlMheiri, Advisor of Strategic Relations at the Crown Prince Court, who shared updates on ongoing projects for bilateral cooperation, and Abdulla Al Khouri, Executive Director of Government Affairs, who pointed out opportunities to enhance government procedures in partnership with French authorities.

This meeting reflects the UAE's ongoing commitment to fostering international partnerships, particularly in governance and upholding the rule of law. By engaging with global allies, the UAE aims to strengthen its judicial framework while improving transparency and access to justice for its residents.

The two nations agreed to sustain their dialogue and execute measures aimed at deepening collaboration. The discussions opened avenues for future exchange programs, seminars, and workshops that will facilitate the sharing of knowledge and innovative solutions between UAE and French judicial bodies.
