The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ADCCI) has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Presight, a G42 company recognized for its leadership in applied artificial intelligence (AI), aimed at accelerating the implementation of agentic AI in Abu Dhabi’s small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
This collaboration was officially announced during a signing ceremony attended by high-ranking officials from Abu Dhabi. It aligns with the UAE's national ambitions to enhance industrial capabilities, optimize national supply chains, and empower SMEs as vital contributors to sustainable economic development.
As part of the agreement, Presight is set to deliver advanced agentic AI solutions to ADCCI’s network of over 102,000 registered SMEs. The initiative is already underway with an initial group of businesses and will progressively extend throughout the larger SME sector via a structured rollout plan.
This program is structured to assist businesses in seamlessly integrating AI-powered operational intelligence into their everyday activities. As a result, SMEs can boost productivity, enhance decision-making speed and quality, streamline their operations, and bolster their overall competitiveness.
SMEs are crucial to Abu Dhabi’s economy, representing about 98 percent of local businesses. They employ roughly 46 percent of the workforce and contribute 42.8 percent to the non-oil gross domestic product (GDP) of the emirate.
His Excellency Ali Mohamad Al Marzooqi, Director General of ADCCI, emphasized that Abu Dhabi has emerged as the leading SME ecosystem in the MENA region, fostering innovation and embracing advanced technology. He noted that supporting SMEs with agentic AI access will enable them to adapt, innovate, and significantly contribute to a more diversified economy.
The AI deployment will leverage Presight’s secure and scalable sovereign AI systems, specifically designed for SME operations, introducing autonomous workflows, real-time decision support, and ongoing business optimization.
Thomas Pramotedham, Chief Executive Officer of Presight, mentioned that this partnership aims to transform AI into a fundamental component of business infrastructure rather than just a technical tool. He highlighted that agentic AI will enhance core business activities such as procurement, compliance, logistics, and operational decision-making, empowering SMEs to become more resilient and efficient.
ADCCI will extend access to the program for registered SMEs at special rates, significantly lowering the entry barrier for utilizing advanced AI technologies across varying business sizes.
This collaboration further solidifies Abu Dhabi’s status as a worldwide center for advanced industries and innovative practices. By acting as a pivotal platform for the private sector, ADCCI aims to ensure the responsible and effective deployment of AI solutions in line with national development goals.
SMEs eager to engage in the program and explore agentic AI capabilities for their operations can express their interest through Presight’s official platform.
