Bahrain Airport Flight Services Gradually Resume

Post by : Bianca Haleem

Manama: Flight services at Bahrain International Airport are slowly returning to normal, providing much-needed relief to travelers impacted by the recent regional airspace restrictions.

The Bahrain Airport Company announced that operations have recommenced following the reopening of the Kingdom’s airspace. This decision came after receiving approval from the Civil Aviation Affairs under the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications.

Officials noted that the restoration of flight operations will be carried out in phases to ensure effective coordination and minimize further interruptions. Airlines are anticipated to progressively increase their flight schedules, prioritizing high-demand routes and connecting passengers.

Authorities highlighted that this measured approach is essential to stabilize airport operations after a period fraught with uncertainty.

Passengers traveling via Bahrain are strongly encouraged to remain informed about their airlines' flight schedules. Timing may frequently change as services work towards full capacity.

The situation is expected to improve steadily as airlines strive to restore normal operations in the days to come.
