Dubai Enhances Health Content Creation for Digital Creators

Post by : Bianca Haleem

Dubai is taking significant strides to cultivate a new wave of responsible digital storytellers. The Dubai Press Club (DPC), alongside Dubai Health, has successfully concluded the second phase of the Dubai Content Creators Programme, a month-long endeavor aimed at bolstering the creation of health and science-related content.

Kicking off on 6 October, this programme united healthcare professionals, media specialists, and digital creators to learn how to produce engaging, accurate, and impactful content. The sessions were designed to empower participants with advanced communication skills that foster public understanding and community health.

This initiative mirrors Dubai's ambition to establish itself as a premier hub for credible Arabic digital content. Over the course of the programme, participants delved into contemporary trends in health communication, the impact of AI in today’s media landscape, and hands-on strategies for building trusted online communities.

Medical professionals provided valuable insights into responsible content creation, emphasizing the importance of harmonizing clinical knowledge with the art of storytelling on social media. Expert-led sessions from platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and Dubai Media Inc. guided creators through vital concepts related to digital growth—from AI-enhanced production techniques to audience interaction and content development.

The training included practical workshops in video production and live streaming, equipping creators to effectively deliver compelling, fact-based health messages. Backed by prominent media organizations like Al Warsha, Blinx, and MediaCast, the initiative combined creativity with integrity, setting new standards for regional content quality.

The conclusion of this second phase signifies another important step in Dubai's endeavor to foster skilled creators dedicated to nurturing a more informed and health-conscious society, one story and post at a time.
