Dubai South, a major master-planned urban development focused on aviation, logistics, and real estate, has revealed a robust support initiative aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) within its Business Park.
This initiative provides immediate financial support while promoting sustainable business practices, aligning with the Dubai government’s broader goal of economic stability and fostering a conducive environment for businesses throughout the emirate.
The new package outlines various flexible incentives for SMEs, including rent-free periods linked to lease renewals, enhanced options for payment deferrals, and waivers for minor administrative fees. Furthermore, eligible tenants renewing their contracts during this timeframe will see no increase in existing rental rates.
This initiative underscores Dubai South's commitment to bolstering its business ecosystem, particularly through support for SMEs, recognized as crucial contributors to innovation, employment, and economic advancement in Dubai.
Nabil Al Kindi, Group CEO of Dubai South, highlighted the vital role of SMEs in the region’s economy. He stressed the initiative’s focus on ensuring continuity and growth while fostering a stable environment for long-term success.
He also reiterated Dubai South’s dedication to implementing value-driven initiatives that resonate with the leadership's vision to maintain economic momentum and enhance Dubai’s position as a premier global business hub.
Dubai South Business Park continues to be an attractive destination for a varied range of companies, providing adaptable office solutions, integrated services, and a strategic location to facilitate expansion and operational efficiency.
