Emirates Airline has announced a new partnership with Al Ain Football Club. As part of the deal, Emirates will be the official partner of the club.
This partnership comes at a proud moment for Al Ain FC, as they have qualified for the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup. The tournament will take place in the United States starting 14 June 2025. Emirates will also become the official airline partner of Al Ain FC for the 2025/2026 season.
This move highlights Emirates' strong support for sports in the UAE. The airline wants to help grow the UAE’s image as a world-class destination for sports and encourage the development of local talent. UAE football continues to grow, giving players and clubs a chance to shine on the international stage.
As part of the partnership, the Emirates logo will appear on the sleeve and back of Al Ain FC’s training jerseys during both home and international matches starting next season. The brand will also be seen during home games at Hazza bin Zayed Stadium, along with digital ads, media exposure, and special access to players and hospitality benefits.
H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman and CEO of Emirates Airline and Group, said:
“We’re happy to team up with Al Ain FC for the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup and next season. This partnership shows our strong commitment to UAE football. It's not just about sponsoring—it’s also about helping young talent grow, promoting global sports connections, and putting the UAE on the map as a top sports hub.”
Sheikh Sultan Bin Hamdan Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, Chairman of Al Ain Football Club, added:
“We’re proud to represent the UAE in the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup. It’s an honour to work with Emirates, a global leader known for its excellence. Emirates shows the world the progress and spirit of our nation. This partnership brings more pride to our journey.”
He also said, “Emirates already partners with the world’s top football clubs. This shows how important teamwork is—both on and off the field. Together, we’re showing national unity and aiming for international success. Al Ain FC will continue to proudly represent the UAE.”
Along with this new partnership, Emirates is also a sponsor of the UAE Pro League, which includes 14 professional football clubs competing every season, along with tournaments for youth teams, domestic cups, and spots in international competitions.
