Emirates has embarked on an influential partnership with OpenAI aimed at leveraging artificial intelligence within the airline, enhancing innovation capabilities. The collaboration will roll out ChatGPT Enterprise organization-wide, underpinned by tailored AI training programs, technical explorations, and high-level planning designed to incorporate AI seamlessly into Emirates’ operations.

Ali Serdar Yakut, the Executive Vice President of IT at Emirates, articulated the airline's optimism regarding the potential of AI technology to tackle business challenges, streamline operations, and enhance the overall customer journey.
