Each day during the three-day event will focus on different aspects. The first day will feature an exclusive selection of limited-edition coffee equipment, available solely through auction. The second day will spotlight specialty microlots from acclaimed coffee regions including Panama, Colombia, Ethiopia, Yemen, and Taiwan, complete with cupping sessions for quality assessments prior to bidding. The final day allows roasters and producers to connect with potential global buyers through showcased coffees.
The auctions occur amidst a booming UAE coffee market, currently valued over USD 3.2 billion and anticipated to reach USD 4.5 billion by 2029, spurred by a growing appetite for specialty coffee and an evolving café culture. Coffee re-exports have ascended beyond AED 3.5 billion, driven by a maturing industry that attracts global participants.
Applications are now open for coffee producers and equipment manufacturers eager to submit their items for the 2026 auctions. Each submission will undergo rigorous assessment based on innovation, quality, and traceability.
