Abu Dhabi Businesswomen Council (ADBWC), in collaboration with Publicis Groupe Middle East, has unveiled Falcon Tank — a dynamic initiative under its Ra’idah programme aimed at helping women-led SMEs secure media investments and accelerate business growth.
Zenith, a leading agency within the Publicis Groupe network, joins as the official media partner. The agency will mentor participating entrepreneurs through workshops, campaign development, and execution, ensuring their ideas translate into impactful business outcomes.
Inspired by the spirit of entrepreneurial shows like Shark Tank, Falcon Tank offers Ra’idah programme participants the chance to pitch their marketing campaign ideas to a panel of industry leaders, known as “the Falcons.” Three winners will receive paid media investments from Publicis Groupe Middle East to launch their campaigns in 2026.
This initiative marks a significant milestone for the Ra’idah programme, launched earlier this year to empower Abu Dhabi’s women entrepreneurs. The year-long programme focuses on equipping participants with essential skills in marketing, communications, and brand building, fostering a strong network of women-led SMEs.
The final session, led by Zenith, will educate participants on paid media strategies, preparing them to deliver winning campaign pitches. Each winner will also receive one-on-one guidance from Zenith experts to develop effective campaigns with measurable media impact.
Falcon Tank underscores Abu Dhabi’s growing commitment to fostering innovation, creativity, and equality in the entrepreneurial landscape — creating a platform where women’s ideas take flight.
