The Board of Directors of Mada Media has officially appointed Mansoor Al Sabahi as the new Chief Executive Officer of the company. This significant decision was made under the leadership of Mattar Mohammed Al Tayer, marking a major step forward for this recently formed organization.

In welcoming Al Sabahi, Al Tayer expressed his strong belief in the new CEO's capability to steer the company into its next growth phase. He emphasized that Al Sabahi’s extensive experience and leadership qualities prime him to achieve the strategic goals that form the foundation of Mada Media.

In his initial statement as CEO, Al Sabahi conveyed gratitude for the trust bestowed upon him by the Board and reiterated his dedication to fulfilling the company’s mission. He outlined strategic plans aimed at reinforcing Mada Media’s position within Dubai’s Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising sector, focusing on enriching urban aesthetics and fostering sustainability and innovation in alignment with the city’s global reputation.

Al Sabahi emphasized the intention to create a cohesive urban advertising ecosystem that stimulates economic growth, generates premium investment opportunities, and enhances collaboration with both local and international partners. He pointed out that these initiatives resonate closely with the ambitions of the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, which aims to secure a sustainable and thriving future for the emirate.

Founded in September 2024, Mada Media is a Private Joint-Stock Company established under Law No. (20) issued by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the UAE’s Vice President and Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai. The company is tasked with managing and regulating Dubai’s OOH advertising landscape while maintaining the city's visual identity and sustainability goals.

The Board of Directors is chaired by Mattar Al Tayer, with Hussein Mohammed Al Banna as Vice Chairman. Other board members include Badr Ahmed Anwahi, Maryam Obaid Al Muhairi, Mohammed Yousef Al Mudharreb, Ahmed Hassan Mahboub, Moaza Saeed Al Marri, Shehab Hamad Bu Shehab, and Saeed Mohammed Al Marri.

Al Sabahi boasts a wealth of expertise in finance, investment, and strategic governance. Before joining Mada Media, he excelled with several leading financial institutions and held various senior positions at the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), where he was the Director of the Commercial and Investment Department. His contributions were pivotal in broadening the RTA’s public-private partnership framework and enhancing its investment strategies.
