In a significant move to enhance women's roles in the UAE workforce, Dubai Women Establishment (DWE) has forged a strategic partnership with J.P. Morgan aimed at empowering women through specialized development initiatives.
The partnership agreement was formalized in Dubai by DWE CEO Naeema Ahli together with Khaled Hobballah, Senior Country Officer for the Middle East and North Africa at J.P. Morgan. This collaborative effort seeks to create sustainable pathways to economic advancement for women, focusing on skills enhancement and professional growth.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) outlines a joint strategy for creating various initiatives that emphasize economic empowerment, leadership skills, career progression, and mentorship opportunities.
