The Sultanate of Oman has engaged in the 30th session of the Conference of the States Parties to the Chemical Weapons Convention at The Hague, Netherlands. The delegation from Oman was led by Sheikh Abdullah Salim Al Harthy, the nation's Ambassador to the Netherlands and Permanent Representative to the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW).
