Engagement with Young Democracy Advocates at Government House

Post by : Shakul

At Government House, Minister Paradorn Prisnanantakul welcomed a delegation of 200 young democracy advocates on April 22, 2026, during their formal educational visit.

The group, led by Kulapol Watcharakarn and accompanied by staff from the Secretariat of the House of Representatives, convened at the Santi Maitri Building.

According to reports from Ratchada Thanadirek, the minister expressed his congratulations to the youth, emphasizing that their visit would enhance their insights into the executive branch and government operations.

He noted that Government House is pivotal for national administration, encompassing cabinet meetings, official ceremonies, and receptions for dignitaries, thus serving as an essential learning environment for governance.

The minister commended the commitment and selection of these young individuals from various regions of the country, highlighting their potential contributions to society.

He pointed out that engaging in such activities during their educational journey fosters teamwork, leadership skills, and social awareness—key elements for future success across diverse fields.

Additionally, he urged the youth to fully leverage their educational opportunities, acquiring knowledge and experiences that will enable them to take on significant roles in politics and other sectors going forward.

The program also allows participants to witness actual sessions of the House of Representatives, fostering a deeper understanding of the legislative process and the responsibilities of elected officials.

In closing, the minister remarked that such initiatives not only impart knowledge but also cultivate connections and lasting friendships, expressing assurance that these young leaders will significantly impact the nation’s future.
