Dr. Faisal Al-Sudairy, Undersecretary of Riyadh Region, attended the reception on behalf of the Governor of Riyadh Region, Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz. His presence highlighted Saudi Arabia’s commitment to nurturing strong diplomatic and cultural ties with Spain.
