Al Arabiya, one of the most famous news networks in the Arab world, has officially moved all its work to a new office in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia. This move includes its television channels, digital platforms, and all the teams that handle editorial, administrative, and technical work. The decision to move everything to Riyadh marks a new beginning for the channel.

Minister of Media Visits the New Headquarters

Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Media, Salman Al-Dossary, visited the new headquarters of Al Arabiya in Riyadh. During his visit, he met with the top leaders of the network, including editors and technical experts. The purpose of his visit was to check on the work being done, understand the organization’s structure, and learn about the network’s future plans for media operations.

Reviewing Content Production and Technologies

Minister Al-Dossary also took time to see how Al Arabiya produces its news and programs. He watched how different departments work together to create content. He closely followed the production process, which includes gathering news, creating reports, and broadcasting to audiences around the world.

Welcomed by Al Arabiya's Top Officials

The Minister was warmly welcomed by Mamdouh AlMuhaini, the Director General of Al Arabiya and Al Hadath channels. Also present were Zaid bin Kami, the Deputy Director General, and several other high-ranking officials from the network. They showed the Minister around the studios and other important departments.

Touring the Studios and News Departments

During the tour, the Minister visited the studios of Al Arabiya and Al Hadath, as well as the News Resources Department. He got to see the advanced technology being used, such as robotic cameras, virtual reality, and augmented reality. These features help make the news more modern and engaging. The studios also have three very advanced control rooms that allow the staff to manage broadcasts smoothly.

Advanced Studios to Enhance News Coverage

The three high-tech studios are equipped with the latest tools, which help Al Arabiya cover both local and international news quickly and with high quality. These studios are run by a skilled team of 230 professionals who make sure everything works perfectly, from production to final broadcast.

Plans for Future Growth and Expansion

Al Arabiya also shared its exciting plans for the future with the Minister. They plan to build five new studios that will use even more advanced technology. These new studios will help improve the quality of their news shows, the style of their programs, and how they present the news to the audience.

More Control Rooms and Newsrooms on the Way

Along with the new studios, Al Arabiya is also planning to build five more control rooms and two new newsrooms. These additions will help the network handle more news coverage and meet the demands of modern media production. It will also increase the professionalism and quality of the news they provide.
