Tragic Death of Austrian Influencer Revealed; Ex-Boyfriend Admits Guilt

Tragic Death of Austrian Influencer Revealed; Ex-Boyfriend Admits Guilt

Post by : Bianca Haleem

Austrian social media star Stefanie Pieper, recognized for her beauty advice, fashion insights, and singing performances, was tragically found deceased in Slovenia. This came after a search lasting several days following her disappearance on November 23. She was only 31 years old.

Following a night out with friends, Pieper initially reassured that she had returned home safely. Shortly after, she sent another message expressing concern that someone was in her stairwell. This was the last message received from her.

Reports from neighbors indicated that disputes could be heard from Pieper's apartment, and several claimed to have seen her ex-boyfriend in the vicinity during the time of her disappearance. Pieper's inability to be contacted the following day prompted her family and colleagues to report her missing to the Styrian State Police.

The investigation took a pivotal turn when Slovenian police discovered a burning vehicle in the parking lot of a casino close to the Austria-Slovenia border on November 24. The car was registered to Pieper's former partner, who subsequently faced arrest in Slovenia.

As reported by Austrian media, the suspect confessed during police questioning to strangling Pieper, concealing her body in a suitcase, and then transporting it across the border to bury it in a nearby forest. He later guided authorities to the location where her remains were found.

Authorities revealed that two male relatives of the accused were also apprehended in Austria for their potential connection to the case. The main suspect has since been extradited back to Austria as investigations unfold.

The tragic news of Pieper's passing has sent shockwaves through her fanbase and the broader Austrian online community, where many remember her vibrant spirit and creative endeavors.
