UAE Sends Major Aid Support to Gaza Through Relief Operation

Post by : Mariam Al-Faris

The UAE has continued to show strong humanitarian commitment to the people of Gaza, following clear directives from its leadership. For the second year in a row, the country has demonstrated the highest levels of solidarity, compassion, and responsibility. The UAE believes that humanitarian support is not just about delivering aid; it is also about offering hope, comfort, and the strength to endure difficult times.

Under Operation Chivalrous Knight 3, the UAE has carried out one of the largest aid efforts in the region. More than 8,700 trucks have been used to transport essential supplies to Gaza. These trucks carried over 1.6 million aid parcels, delivered through more than 250 organised convoys. Each convoy was carefully planned to reach people in urgent need and ensure that essential items arrived safely.

The humanitarian aid delivered during the operation included a wide variety of essential supplies. These included food parcels, medical materials, shelter equipment, hygiene kits, and other necessary items to help families survive the ongoing crisis. The UAE made sure that the convoys supported every part of life in Gaza, helping families, hospitals, children, and elderly people who are struggling during this crisis.

In addition to basic supplies, the UAE also sent special assistance such as winter clothing packages and dedicated parcels for women and children. This highlights the operation’s goal of supporting every affected group and ensuring that their specific needs are met. The continuous arrival of different types of aid shows the UAE’s long-term commitment to helping the people of Gaza.

The operation also provided powerful logistical support. The UAE delivered 33 ambulances, along with medical tents to help set up emergency treatment spaces. The aid packages also included 36 tankers, field bakeries, and equipment designed to support water and infrastructure services inside Gaza. These additional supplies help improve daily life, support emergency services, and strengthen the ability of communities to cope with the crisis.

One of the key parts of the operation is the UAE humanitarian aid team based at the logistics centre in Al Arish. This team plays a major role in organising the aid convoys. They are responsible for receiving the aid, storing it, repackaging items, and making sure everything is delivered quickly and efficiently. They work closely with the relevant authorities to ensure that the aid reaches Gaza as fast as possible.

Operation Chivalrous Knight 3 reflects the UAE’s long-standing approach to supporting nations in need. The country has always believed in helping its brothers, friends, and partners during difficult times. This operation continues that tradition and highlights the UAE’s humanitarian values. Through this initiative, the UAE continues to send aid, relief items, medical support, and shelter assistance to Gaza using every available resource.

The strong and consistent support from the UAE shows a deep commitment to easing the suffering of the Palestinian people. It also reinforces the message that the UAE stands firmly with Gaza, helping to bring stability and hope to families who face daily hardships. As the operation continues, its impact will grow, providing life-saving help and supporting Gaza’s resilience in the face of ongoing challenges.
