President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan received a formal letter from Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman of Saudi Arabia. The letter invites the UAE to participate in Expo 2030 Riyadh, which will run from 1 October 2030 to 31 March 2031 under the theme “The Era of Change: Together for a Foresighted Tomorrow”.
Official Presentation of the Invitation
The letter was received by Sheikh Shakhboot bin Nahyan Al Nahyan, Minister of State, during a meeting with Sultan bin Abdullah Al Anqari, Ambassador of Saudi Arabia to the UAE. The meeting took place at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs headquarters in Abu Dhabi, reflecting the high-level diplomatic protocol of the invitation.
Strengthening Bilateral Relations
During the meeting, both sides emphasized the brotherly relations between the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Discussions focused on strengthening cooperation and collaboration across political, economic, cultural, and social fields to achieve shared benefits for both nations.
