Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, attended the 2025 graduation ceremony of the Abu Dhabi School of Management (ADSM). The event was held at the Cultural Foundation Theatre in Abu Dhabi, with senior officials, academics, and families present to celebrate 117 master’s programme graduates.
Diverse Master’s Programmes for National Talent
The graduates completed programmes including the MBA, Master of Science in Quality and Business Excellence, Leadership and Business Development, and Business Analytics with focuses on AI Management and Big Data Management. These programmes aim to prepare skilled professionals capable of contributing to the UAE’s economic growth and societal development.
Sheikh Nahyan’s Address on Education and Development
In his speech, Sheikh Nahyan praised the graduates and emphasized the importance of education in developing highly qualified generations. He highlighted that ADSM aligns with the vision of President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, preparing graduates to be innovative, adaptable, and committed to lifelong learning.

Sheikh Nahyan underlined the School’s dedication to excellence, its engagement with community institutions, and collaborations with international universities. Dr Tayeb Kamali, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, emphasized that this graduation reflects ADSM’s commitment to preparing business leaders capable of navigating modern workplace challenges.
