Abu Dhabi School of Management Graduates Excel in Leadership

Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, attended the 2025 graduation ceremony of the Abu Dhabi School of Management (ADSM). The event was held at the Cultural Foundation Theatre in Abu Dhabi, with senior officials, academics, and families present to celebrate 117 master’s programme graduates.

Diverse Master’s Programmes for National Talent

The graduates completed programmes including the MBA, Master of Science in Quality and Business Excellence, Leadership and Business Development, and Business Analytics with focuses on AI Management and Big Data Management. These programmes aim to prepare skilled professionals capable of contributing to the UAE’s economic growth and societal development.

Sheikh Nahyan’s Address on Education and Development

In his speech, Sheikh Nahyan praised the graduates and emphasized the importance of education in developing highly qualified generations. He highlighted that ADSM aligns with the vision of President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, preparing graduates to be innovative, adaptable, and committed to lifelong learning.

Commitment to National and Global Excellence

Sheikh Nahyan underlined the School’s dedication to excellence, its engagement with community institutions, and collaborations with international universities. He noted that the graduates are expected to play active roles in UAE’s development, advancing economic, managerial, and investment goals both nationally and globally.

Empowering Graduates for the Modern Workplace

Addressing the graduates, Sheikh Nahyan encouraged them to apply their skills in a rapidly changing world that demands initiative, competitiveness, and achievement. He stressed the importance of using knowledge gained at ADSM to become responsible, innovative, and influential leaders in society.

Acknowledgment of Families and School Community

The Minister also expressed appreciation to the graduates’ families for their support, and to ADSM’s faculty, staff, and administration for their dedication. He highlighted the School’s ongoing mission to empower students to succeed in leadership and entrepreneurship roles.

Board of Trustees Highlights School’s Achievements

Dr Tayeb Kamali, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, emphasized that this graduation reflects ADSM’s commitment to preparing business leaders capable of navigating modern workplace challenges. The School focuses on updated curricula and programmes aligned with global standards in management education.

Graduate Speeches and Degree Conferment

Graduates shared their pride in completing their programmes and expressed a strong desire to contribute to the UAE’s development. The ceremony included the official conferral of degrees and recognition of graduates for their hard work and achievements.

Closing Ceremony and Commemorative Gift

The event concluded with a presentation of a commemorative gift to Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan and a group photo of all attendees, marking the successful completion of the 2025 graduation ceremony at ADSM.
