The Dubai Chamber of Commerce has helped a Dubai-based tech company, AfroVision Technologies, expand its business into Ghana.

Thanks to the Dubai International Chamber’s office in Ghana, AfroVision Technologies was connected with a local company called On-Point Virtual Assistants, which provides business outsourcing services. This connection led to the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the two companies.

As part of the deal, On-Point will represent Doballi, a digital platform owned by AfroVision Technologies, in Ghana. The goal is to provide training for IT students in Ghana so they can learn skills needed for remote jobs. After finishing their training, these students will be added to the Doballi platform to find remote work opportunities.

Doballi is a digital platform that connects skilled African tech workers with companies around the world looking for remote employees.

Salem Al Shamsi, Vice President of International Relations at Dubai Chambers, said the organization is committed to building strong global partnerships and helping Dubai companies grow internationally.

Osita Oparaugo, the founder of Doballi, thanked the Dubai International Chamber office in Ghana for its support. He said Doballi’s mission is to find and connect talented tech professionals from Ghana and West Africa with global job opportunities. He also said the new partnership with On-Point shows their commitment to innovation and growth through teamwork.
