Post by : Meena Hassan

At 70, Anupam Kher impresses fans with a shirtless gym photo, demonstrating that fitness knows no age, encouraging many to pursue health.

The veteran actor is showcasing that age is merely a number when it comes to fitness goals. Recently, he posted an eye-catching shirtless image from his gym workout, displaying his well-defined physique and igniting conversations across social media platforms.

The photograph features Anupam in action as he engages in a lat pulldown exercise, proudly revealing his strong back, shoulders, and arms, which exemplifies his dedication to fitness. In his caption, he highlighted the authenticity of the photo by stating it is unedited: “You can be a #PosterBoy even at seventy!!! Because you never know how strong you are until being strong is your only choice,” along with heart and flexed biceps emojis. He also included hashtags like #PosterBoy, #NoPhotoShop, #GoForIt, and #BobMarley.

Support from fans poured in quickly, with one remarking, “Age is just a number,” while another noted, “Mind boggling sir.” Numerous others celebrated his dedication, saying, “Wow....what a dedication” and “Sir, you are an inspiration.”

On the professional front, Anupam recently starred in Tanvi The Great, a self-directed project featuring talents like Shubhangi Dutt, Boman Irani, Jackie Shroff, and Pallavi Joshi. The narrative follows a young autistic woman's quest to honor her late father's wish of raising the Indian flag at Siachen. Despite mixed reviews and underwhelming box office performance, Anupam remains a prolific figure in the industry.
