Bigg Boss 19's Shocking Eviction: Abhishek Bajaj and Neelam Giri Leave

Post by : Meena Hassan

As the finale of Bigg Boss 19 approaches, the reality show has delivered a shocking twist. During the latest Weekend Ka Vaar episode, two fan-favorite contestants, Abhishek Bajaj and Neelam Giri, were unexpectedly evicted in a double elimination, leaving fans and fellow housemates in disbelief.

Weekend Ka Vaar Unfolds Dramatically

Hosted by Salman Khan, the recent Weekend Ka Vaar episode was charged with emotions and heated discussions. Salman confronted actor Ashnoor Kaur, suggesting she had allowed Abhishek to overshadow her gameplay. He also addressed Abhishek regarding his comments about Tanya Mittal, reprimanding him for interpreting a compliment as flirtation.

A Shocking Double Eviction

After a tense exchange, Salman revealed that Gaurav Khanna and Farrhana Bhatt were safe from elimination. However, Ashnoor Kaur, Abhishek Bajaj, and Neelam Giri faced possible eviction.

In a dramatic twist, house captain Pranit More was granted the power to save one contestant from elimination and chose Ashnoor Kaur. Consequently, both Abhishek and Neelam exited the house, marking an emotional and contested moment in the season.

As the elimination was announced, Ashnoor broke down, while Abhishek tried to console her before leaving.

Outrage Among Fans Over the Decision

The sudden eviction prompted an outcry on social media platforms like X and Reddit, with fans expressing their astonishment and dissatisfaction. Many highlighted Abhishek's strength and consistent performance throughout the show.

“The producers have been trying to eliminate him for weeks; this is so unfair—he dedicated so much to the show,” one user tweeted.

Another fan expressed,

“He was genuine and courageous—he didn’t conform to the creators’ narrative, making him a target. This feels like the end of the show for me.”

Several fans hailed Abhishek as the “true winner” of the season, citing his dedication and authenticity as the driving force of Bigg Boss 19.

“Abhishek was a definite finalist. He played passionately and contributed more than many others,” another comment noted.

Criticism also arose towards Pranit More, with users accusing him of betraying a friendship for strategic gains.

“What Pranit did was disappointing; that’s not true friendship,” one user remarked.

Remaining Contestants and Reactions in the House

Post-eviction, ten contestants remain in the Bigg Boss 19 house:

Gaurav Khanna, Malti Chahar, Shehbaz Badesha, Amaal Mallik, Tanya Mittal, Ashnoor Kaur, Kunickaa Sadanand, Farrhana Bhatt, Mridul Tiwari, and Pranit More.

As the finale nears, significant shifts in the house dynamics are expected as contestants reevaluate their alliances and rivalries.

Weekend Highlights: From Tensions to Celebrations

Despite the emotional exits, the weekend episodes also offered lighter moments. Salman Khan celebrated the victory of India’s Women’s Cricket Team in the World Cup 2025, alongside cricket legends Jhulan Goswami and Anjum Chopra.

In another segment, Salman welcomed Ajay Devgn, Rakul Preet Singh, R. Madhavan, and Meezan Jafri to promote their upcoming film De De Pyaar De 2, infusing humor and warmth into the episode.

Rumors About Show Extension Addressed

Recent speculation about a possible extension of Bigg Boss 19 due to its popularity was clarified by a production source, confirming that the season will adhere to its original 15-week schedule.

“While Bigg Boss 19 has enjoyed considerable success, the team intends to conclude on time, with the finale expected on December 7,” the source confirmed.

Bigg Boss 19 airs daily on JioCinema at 9 PM and on television at 10:30 PM, featuring explosive confrontations, emotional departures, and star-studded appearances on Weekend Ka Vaar episodes.
