Dhurandhar Surpasses ₹100 Crore in Just 3 Days

Post by : Meena Hassan

Ranveer Singh’s much-awaited action film Dhurandhar is creating waves at the box office, surpassing ₹100 crore in just three days after its release on December 5. The film has enthralled viewers across India with its gripping narrative, dynamic action, and Singh’s exceptional performance.

The movie opened on a high note, netting ₹28 crore on its inaugural day. This was followed by a substantial ₹32 crore on Saturday. Sunday saw an incredible spike with Dhurandhar earning ₹43 crore, marking one of the most impressive single-day earnings recently and solidifying its blockbuster status. Such rapid box office growth was unexpected, establishing the film as a prominent hit.

Dhurandhar showcases Ranveer Singh as he battles a band of lethal terrorists. Though inspired by real-life heroics, the narrative remains fictional. The film masterfully interweaves thrilling action, patriotic sentiments, and suspense, backed by a robust marketing strategy that spurred social media engagement and positive word-of-mouth, greatly aiding its success.

Industry experts note a significant increase in the film’s traction over the weekend, with diverse audiences flocking to theaters in both urban and rural areas. The performance of Dhurandhar not only highlights Singh’s massive box office draw but also affirms his status as one of Bollywood’s leading action stars capable of delivering major hits.

With a captivating storyline and record-setting collections, Dhurandhar is currently a dominant force in Indian cinema, paving the way for higher standards in future films.
