Dubai is poised to solidify its status as a global innovation hub as Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO) gears up to present the first Middle East edition of the esteemed Doers Summit on 26–27 November 2025. Formerly known as Reflect Festival, the summit aims to gather over 3,000 attendees, encompassing founders, investors, and ecosystem facilitators, all to enhance cross-border collaboration and facilitate access to capital.
Hosted at Dubai Digital Park within DSO, the summit boasts a full agenda spread across three key stages – Blackout, Plaza, and Dtec – featuring more than 150 speakers covering 10 thematic tracks. Sessions will highlight emerging trends in artificial intelligence, fintech, mobility, greentech, future cities, health, robotics, and public sector tech, supplemented with practical case studies from Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
A distinctive aspect of the summit is its diverse audience mix: 50% founders, 20% investors, and 30% operators. The event format is designed to transcend typical conferences, with interactive panels, fireside chats, workshops, and focused networking opportunities. Special side events, including investor meetups, innovation challenges, and social mixers, will aim to create valuable connections and facilitate deal-making. A matchmaking platform will ensure efficient interactions among participants.
The summit will commence with a keynote address by Abdulla bin Touq Al Marri, UAE Minister of Economy and Tourism, followed by insights from distinguished leaders such as Dr. Nicodemos Damianou of Cyprus and Dr. Mohammed Al Zarooni, Executive Chairman of the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ).
Complementing the summit, DSO will also host the “DSO Run” on 25 November, a community-driven event that mingles fitness with networking, setting an enthusiastic tone for the two-day gathering.
Prominent global corporations, including Delivery Hero, Waze, Workable, Airbus, Zoho, AWS, Google, META, and Oracle will join over 40 startups to display innovative products and solutions through exhibition booths and demo sessions. Attendees can savor a curated hospitality experience with pop-up F&B outlets throughout the venue.
This iteration of the Doers Summit marks Dubai’s inaugural hosting of one of Europe’s largest startup and tech events, reinforcing its status as a pivotal hub for innovation, entrepreneurship, and investment in the region.
