Emirates is enhancing its travel offerings with the introduction of Premium Economy on retrofitted Boeing 777 aircraft, commencing flights to Beirut from 6 January 2026 and to Beijing from 1 February 2026.
Beirut will get to experience Emirates’ acclaimed Premium Economy and a newly designed Business Class cabin featuring a 1-2-1 layout for the first time. Flight EK953 departs from Dubai at 15:40, arriving in Beirut at 17:00, while EK954 returns at 19:45, landing in Dubai at 00:50. These schedules ensure seamless connections for passengers heading to significant destinations in the Lebanese diaspora such as Sydney, Melbourne, New York, Los Angeles, Boston, Chicago, Miami, and Montreal, providing a smooth Premium Economy experience.
For Beijing, flight EK306 leaves Dubai at 03:20 and arrives at 14:45. EK307 returns at 00:40, landing in Dubai at 05:30. Passengers can revel in Premium Economy service while traveling to important cities, including London, New York, São Paulo, Johannesburg, Madrid, Malé, Lisbon, and major Gulf cities like Kuwait, Riyadh, and Amman.
The revamped four-class Boeing 777 encompasses 260 Economy seats, 24 Premium Economy seats, 40 Business Class seats configured in a 1-2-1 layout, and eight First Class Suites. The interiors showcase modern designs, integrating elegant Ghaf Tree motifs, wood finishes, and a fresh color scheme.
Premium Economy passengers will benefit from spacious leather seats that offer generous recline, complete leg and footrests, adjustable headrests, wood-finished side tables, 13.3-inch screens, in-seat charging capabilities, and premium amenities, including Chandon Vintage Brut 2017 sparkling wine. The redesigned Business Class ensures privacy, comfort, and direct aisle access with seats upholstered in soft champagne leather and ergonomic support.
These enhancements underscore Emirates' dedication to combining luxury, comfort, and accessibility, promising a consistently premium experience throughout its global network.
