The Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulation (FANR) has reassured people that the UAE’s national authorities are carefully watching the situation with nuclear facilities in the Islamic Republic of Iran. They want everyone to know that they are fully aware of what is happening and are following the developments closely.
FANR explained that it is working in cooperation with international organisations, including the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), to stay updated. They receive regular and official information through trusted channels to make sure they understand the situation clearly.
After continuous monitoring, FANR confirms that the current events related to Iran’s nuclear facilities do not have any effect or impact on the safety or security of the UAE. They also remind the public to rely only on official announcements and trusted sources for information. FANR warns against spreading rumours or unverified news that can cause unnecessary worry.
The authority is committed to keeping the public informed and ensuring the safety of the country at all times.
