flydubai, the Dubai-based airline, has achieved a major landmark in its digitization efforts by rolling out a state-of-the-art Modern Airline Retailing (MAR) Platform. This initiative, bolstered by a cutting-edge co-located data center, sets a heightened standard for efficiency and customer engagement.

The newly installed platform streamlines essential operations such as bookings, ticketing, and check-in. Engineered on a hybrid cloud framework, it adheres to the latest global airline retailing standards, allowing flydubai to operate with greater speed, adaptability, and dependability.

Initial findings reveal a 40% increase in transaction performance and a 45% enhancement in data processing speed, resulting in a more seamless experience for both employees and travelers. The hybrid cloud infrastructure offers improved scalability, enabling flydubai to swiftly respond to dynamic market conditions and evolving customer needs.

This upgrade is part of a wider digital transformation initiative focused on modernizing airline operations while ensuring a fluid customer experience. With accelerated processing and more flexible technology, flydubai is set to pursue new retailing ventures and bolster its competitive position in the aviation landscape.
