The opening ceremony marked an important moment for the region as it continues to develop its health sector.

During the opening, Minister of Health Fahad AlJalajel delivered a key speech. He explained that the Ministry of Health is strongly focused on improving public health, preventing diseases, and helping people live longer and healthier lives. He said that prevention is one of the best ways to reduce sickness and improve the quality of life for all citizens and residents. According to the minister, healthy habits and lifestyle choices can make a big difference in overall well-being.

The Health Minister also praised the development taking place in the Hail Region. He noted that the region’s growth reflects the impressive progress happening across the entire Kingdom. He credited this success to the strong and wise leadership of Saudi Arabia, which continues to support major health, development, and community projects. The minister emphasized that health improvements in Hail are aligned with national goals to create a healthier society.

After the official opening, several presentations were held. These sessions showed different health events and activities happening in many regions of Saudi Arabia at the same time as the conference. Each of these programs focuses on teaching people how to adopt better lifestyle habits, such as exercising more, eating healthier meals, avoiding harmful habits, and improving mental well-being. The aim is to help communities build healthier routines that last a lifetime.

The overall goal of the conference is to promote healthy behaviors across the Kingdom. By sharing ideas, research, and success stories, organizers hope to inspire people to take small steps that can lead to big health improvements. The conference also encourages cooperation among health experts, community leaders, and government agencies to support healthier living for everyone.
