Dubai successfully concluded the first-ever World Sports Summit, organized by the Dubai Sports Council under the esteemed patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defence of the UAE.

Kicking off under the theme “Uniting the World Through Sport,” this summit emerged as a monumental global gathering, attracting over 1,500 attendees. Participants included high-ranking sports officials, club presidents, international federation representatives, and renowned athletes whose accomplishments continue to inspire millions.

Over two dynamic days, the summit featured 70 eminent speakers from various sports disciplines. Key discussions centered on innovation, investment, athlete development, governance, and the evolving landscape of global sports.

A Worldwide Forum for Sports Synergy

His Excellency Khalfan Juma Belhoul, Vice Chairman of the Dubai Sports Council, highlighted the summit's success in uniting sports leaders from nearly 50 nations. With ongoing support from His Highness Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, President of the UAE National Olympic Committee and Chairman of the Dubai Sports Council, the event aimed at enhancing collaboration and supporting initiatives that empower communities through sport.

He underlined sport's essential role in fostering understanding among nations and forging a cooperative global future.
