Gathering of Innovators at the Dubai Future Forum 2025

Dubai is poised to welcome the fourth installment of the Dubai Future Forum, the largest global assembly of futurists, uniting over 200 speakers and 2,500 attendees from more than 100 international institutions. Organized by the Dubai Future Foundation at the renowned Museum of the Future, this two-day forum will delve into the pressing forces influencing humanity's future through over 70 keynotes and interactive experiences.

The event encompasses five primary themes — Exploring the Unknown, Empowering Societies, Reimagining Health, Optimising Systems, and Foresight Insights — providing an in-depth examination of innovation, human evolution, and social change.

Cutting-Edge Technology on Display

Participants will engage with AI-enhanced and XR-driven experiences, including virtual and augmented reality sessions that showcase the latest technological advances. Interactive installations like Future Botanica and Aura Forest merge digital environments with physical realities, while VR projects such as The Art of Change and Keepers of the Forest present explorations of identity, memory, and traditional knowledge.

Highlights from Day 1

The forum commences with a keynote from Khalfan Belhoul, CEO of Dubai Future Foundation, setting the tone for discussions around global foresight and human advancement. Sessions will cover topics including “Building a Regenerative Society,” “Governance for the Long Term,” as well as debates on human consciousness, global R&D collaboration, and the future of healthcare. Concurrent panels will analyze cultural, social, and economic trends such as consumer behavior in 2035 and ocean innovation. The day culminates in the Dubai Future Solutions – Prototypes for Humanity Awards, celebrating groundbreaking solutions addressing global challenges.

Day 2 Focus

On the second day, the emphasis shifts to cities, nature, and creativity, beginning with Marwan Bin Ghalita discussing people-centric urban futures. Keynotes such as “A Future with Nature” stress the use of human creativity as a catalyst for sustainability and wonder. Thematic dialogues will spotlight collaborative foresight, youth engagement, and crafting inclusive futures. Workshops will delve into scenario planning, citizen foresight, and storytelling to empower societies.

Celebrating Innovation

Alongside the forum, the Dubai Future Solutions 2025 will highlight the top 100 innovations selected from over 3,000 global entries, with five projects earmarked for further development. The inaugural Dubai Foresight Awards will recognize trailblazers, people-first innovators, and solutions for the planet, while the Future Stories Awards will celebrate writers shaping the future of foresight. For the first time, a dedicated Book Corner will host launches and signings, promoting foresight literature worldwide.

Learning Days

Before the main event, Learning Days on November 17 and 20 will explore subjects such as global security, strategic philanthropy, wearable tech, urban resilience, and the future of media, linking research to practical foresight applications.
