The woman, known as Kano, exchanged vows with her digital spouse, "Klaus," in a one-of-a-kind event organized by a Japanese firm focused on anime character weddings and virtual companionships. Kano donned augmented reality glasses, allowing her to visualize Klaus alongside her as they engaged in customary ceremonies and exchanged rings.

In May, she revealed her feelings, and reported that the AI responded with, "I love you too." By June, Klaus had 'proposed,' paving the way for their extraordinary union.
