His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik of Oman held a private meeting with President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan of the Republic of Türkiye at Al Alam Palace today. The discussions provided an opportunity for the two leaders to review the strong relations between their countries and explore ways to enhance bilateral cooperation across multiple sectors.

During the meeting, Sultan Haitham and President Erdoğan examined various political and diplomatic matters of mutual interest. The private meeting was attended by prominent officials from both nations. From Oman, HH Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham Al Said, Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth, and Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Minister of Foreign Affairs, were present. From Türkiye, the attendees included Necmettin Bilal Erdoğan, son of President Erdoğan, and Hakan Fidan, Minister of Foreign Affairs. Their participation underscored the importance of the talks and the shared commitment to strengthening bilateral relations.

Both leaders expressed their commitment to enhancing collaboration in the years ahead. They agreed to establish mechanisms for regular dialogue, promote joint ventures, and encourage investment opportunities that benefit citizens and businesses in both countries.
