Ras Al Khaimah Leader Hosts Delegation from Guangzhou University

H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, received a delegation from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine at his palace in Saqr bin Mohammed City. The team, led by Dr. Wang Hongbin, the university president, aimed to explore collaborative avenues in medical education, scientific innovation, and health-related research.

In their discussions, Sheikh Saud emphasized the vital role of establishing robust academic connections with prominent international institutions. He noted that such collaborations enrich the emirate’s educational landscape and create new opportunities for students and researchers alike. Working with credible universities like Guangzhou supports the growth of the education sector, encouraging a flow of knowledge, ideas, and advanced pedagogical techniques.

Sheikh Saud acknowledged Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine for its distinguished reputation and significant academic contributions. He praised their advancements in traditional Chinese medicine and global scientific research outreach. This partnership is seen as a means to gain valuable insights beneficial for healthcare, research capabilities, and innovative treatment strategies in Ras Al Khaimah.
