UAE Leaders Congratulate Uganda on Independence Day

President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan sent a warm congratulatory message to President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni of the Republic of Uganda on the occasion of Uganda’s Independence Day. The message reflects the UAE’s respect and friendship toward the East African nation.

Messages from Senior UAE Officials

In addition to President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, and His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court, sent similar messages. These were addressed to President Museveni and Uganda’s Prime Minister, Robinah Nabbanja, underlining the strong diplomatic relations between the UAE and Uganda.

Celebrating Uganda’s National Milestone

The congratulatory messages highlighted the importance of Uganda’s Independence Day as a national milestone, celebrating the country’s history, achievements, and progress. The UAE leaders expressed wishes for continued prosperity, stability, and development for the people of Uganda.
