HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani sent a cable of congratulations to HE Prime Minister of the Republic of Iraq, Mohammed Shia Al Sudani, on the occasion of Iraq’s Independence Day.
