Swarovski’s Masters of Light exhibition opened with a strong emphasis on crystal craftsmanship as the brand celebrated its 130th anniversary. A matte black carpet and frosted backdrop framed an evening attended by celebrities, designers and brand collaborators wearing looks with prominent crystal detailing.
Reflecting the exhibition’s theme—more is more—many guests favoured high-shine finishes, intricate embellishments and bold silhouettes, highlighting Swarovski’s long association with light and sparkle.
The event reinforced current red-carpet trends: statement crystals and ornate accents have returned to eveningwear as visible styling choices for the season.
Model Amelia Gray appeared in a sheer, netted outfit set with symmetrical crystal placements and strategic embellishments. She completed the look with peep-toe heels, frosted cuffs and a layered crystal necklace.
Actor and model Laura Harrier wore a silver mini dress that referenced early-2000s glamour. Minimal straps and metallic sandals were balanced by a pearl-and-diamond jewellery set, combining playful and refined elements.
Sarah Jane Nader chose a sage-green dress with a plunging neckline and a trail of crystals down the back. Her look was finished with two-part crystal earrings that added extra sparkle.
Elizabeth Olsen opted for a restrained approach, selecting a tailored black jumpsuit accented by a crystal-embellished shoulder cape and chandelier earrings—demonstrating how minimalist silhouettes can be elevated with selective crystal details.
