Taapsee Pannu Refutes Claims of Moving Abroad

Post by : Meena Hassan

Taapsee Pannu has vehemently denied reports alleging that she has relocated from India to live abroad with her husband, Danish badminton star Mathias Boe. Taking to Instagram Stories, Taapsee slammed the media source for its misleading headline, stating, “Can there be a less false and less sensational headline!!!??? Or is there a chance that whether true or false, you’ll print it to be the ‘fastest’ portal? Please consider slowing down and doing some proper research…???”

She affirmed her presence in Mumbai, humorously adding, “PS-wondering WTF is this while munching my dosa in this humid, hot Mumbai morning.”

Discussing her life in Denmark, Taapsee explained, “What Danes find unusual, we consider normal; Mathias’s parents live with us but have their own space on the ground floor… It genuinely feels like home.”

On navigating her time split between India and Denmark, she remarked, “It all hinges on my work commitments. Fortunately, most shootings take place in winter, which is the ideal season to work in India… We often find ourselves in Denmark during the peak summer months and return once the monsoon subsides.”

Taapsee and Mathias were married in 2024.

Next, audiences can catch Taapsee in Gandhari, a revenge drama directed by Devashish Makhija, which will be available on Netflix. Her previous project was Khel Khel Mein, featuring Akshay Kumar, Vaani Kapoor, Ammy Virk, Aditya Seal, Pragya Jaiswal, and Fardeen Khan.
