Abu Dhabi Launches TAMM AutoGov to Transform Public Services

Post by : Mariam Al-Faris

Abu Dhabi has taken a historic step in digital governance with the launch of TAMM AutoGov at GITEX Global 2025. The feature automates routine public and private services, transforming how residents interact with government processes. From license renewals and utility payments to scheduling healthcare appointments, AutoGov handles tasks efficiently and securely, providing citizens with convenience and peace of mind.

Integration with the TAMM Super App

AutoGov is fully integrated within TAMM, Abu Dhabi’s leading government super app. TAMM now offers over 1,100 services from more than 90 partners in both public and private sectors. Residents can personalize AutoGov settings, ensuring their routine services are completed automatically while retaining full control over preferences. This innovation moves governance from reactive approaches to anticipatory, citizen-focused support.

AI-Driven Assistance for Users

Beyond automation, TAMM features the TAMM AI Assistant, providing proactive, contextual support. It guides users through complex procedures with spoken instructions, real-time document scanning, and hands-free navigation in Arabic and English. Additional AI tools, like AI Vision and Smart Guide, simplify tasks, while personalized dashboards remind users of deadlines, tasks, and essential insights tailored to individual needs.

Expansion of TAMM Spaces

TAMM Spaces has grown to include life-centric hubs such as Family, Mobility, and Sahatna (health). These hubs are designed to streamline services around daily experiences, helping residents access the support they need in a practical and organized manner.

TAMM Hologram Service Enhances Engagement

The TAMM Hologram service enables live, real-time interactions with government agents through mobile pods, preserving the human touch in digital service delivery. This feature ensures that residents can still experience personalized assistance while benefiting from automated systems.

Encouraging Public Participation

Abu Dhabi also encourages residents to shape government services through TAMM by You. This platform allows citizens to propose and influence future services, reflecting the emirate’s commitment to community engagement and responsive governance.

Setting a Global Benchmark

With the launch of TAMM AutoGov, Abu Dhabi is establishing a global benchmark in AI-enabled governance. The initiative redefines public service delivery, giving citizens time, efficiency, and greater control over routine interactions while enhancing overall satisfaction with government services.

TAMM AutoGov represents a forward-looking approach in public administration, blending automation, AI, and human-centered design. The platform ensures that residents can manage essential tasks seamlessly, setting the stage for more advanced and responsive governance in the UAE and globally.
