Zarberg Launches AED 120 Million High-Tech Furniture Facility in Dubai

Zarberg Launches AED 120 Million High-Tech Furniture Facility in Dubai

Post by : Bianca Haleem

DP World’s National Industries Park (NIP) is poised to unveil one of the Gulf’s most sophisticated furniture manufacturing hubs, as global furniture giant Zarberg announces a significant AED 120 million investment to create a cutting-edge complex designed to bolster the region’s thriving real estate sector.

Spanning 65,000 square meters, the first phase will utilize 18,000 square meters for production, administrative tasks, and a dedicated showroom. Further phases are scheduled for completion by 2028, as Zarberg adapts to the increasing demand across the UAE and the broader GCC.

Once fully operational, Zarberg intends to produce furniture for as many as 40 furnished apartments daily. The initial phase will create around 150 jobs, with plans for more hiring as production capacity grows. The facility will produce customized kitchens, wardrobes, living room units, and bathroom vanities, all meeting European design and engineering standards with top-quality materials.

A standout feature of the new hub will be an automated Industry 4.0 production line, enabling customers to customize furniture according to their needs regarding layout, materials, and finishes. This innovative design aims to enhance efficiency, reduce production timelines, and guarantee high-quality output.

Aligned with Dubai’s commitment to sustainable industrial growth, the hub will incorporate rooftop solar panels, energy-efficient machinery, and an advanced air-filtration system. Additionally, warehouse operations will employ electric service vehicles, and all wood materials will be sourced from certified forests, ensuring responsible procurement.

As Dubai's manufacturing sector gains traction, this project amplifies the city's growth amid ongoing developments in residential and commercial projects. With the increasing demand for high-quality, tailored furniture, Zarberg's new facility positions NIP as a prime location for next-gen production in the region.
