Ajman’s Al Madinah University has formalized a partnership with the Department of Legal Affairs by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at fostering advances in legal knowledge, innovation, and training.
This agreement seeks to create a strong link between educational institutions and governmental entities while actively promoting a modernized legal framework that embraces current technological advancements.
The MoU was officially signed by Imran Khan and Abdulrahman Ali Hamid Al Shamsi.
Under the terms of the agreement, both organizations will collaborate to enhance institutional potential and streamline legal processes through structured training, workshops, and research initiatives, along with sharing superior legal practices.
Moreover, the partnership will prioritize specialized training in contemporary legal fields, emphasizing artificial intelligence applications in legal practices, procedural abilities, and drafting. These initiatives will align with ongoing legislative reforms and contemporary legal standards.
As part of their collaborative efforts, both parties will investigate the creation of a comprehensive platform for the documentation and exchange of legal information, training programs, and professional resources, maximizing mutual benefits.
In advancing academic partnerships, the two entities also plan to host an international scientific conference in May titled “Legislative Innovation and Artificial Intelligence in the United Arab Emirates.” This conference will gather legal scholars, industry experts, and policymakers to examine the progression and future of legal services within the UAE.
Both institutions reaffirmed their dedication to embracing innovative, technology-driven solutions within the legal field to boost operational effectiveness and ensure sustainable partnerships through shared plans and training programs.
The signing event featured prominent attendees such as Rashid Khalfan Al Nuaimi, Nasser Al Qahtani, Ahmed Al Fouly, Abdulrahim Hussein, and Salma Sinaran.
