The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has granted Dirayah, an educational association, its first approval certificate to operate outside Saudi Arabia. The certificate was handed over on Monday by Dr. Salah Al-Mazrou, Assistant Supervisor General for Financial and Administrative Affairs at KSrelief, to Dr. Abdullah Alrashoud, Chairman of Dirayah’s Board of Directors.
This approval is part of KSrelief’s broader effort to strengthen the non-profit sector and expand its contribution to global education. Dirayah’s new mandate will enable the association to provide educational support internationally, focusing on distance learning, evening schools, literacy programs, and adult education. The initiative aims to reach countries and communities that need guidance and resources for effective learning.
The certificate empowers Dirayah to design and implement training programs that enhance the educational process. These programs will focus on creating improved learning environments and developing teachers’ skills. A special emphasis will be placed on teaching Islamic sciences and the Arabic language, helping students abroad gain access to authentic knowledge and cultural education.
By extending its operations beyond Saudi Arabia, Dirayah seeks to promote educational sustainability and improve opportunities for learners in underserved regions. KSrelief highlighted that this step is in line with the Kingdom’s vision of providing global humanitarian support and ensuring access to quality education for all.
Officials emphasized that the association will also focus on professional development programs for educators, ensuring that teaching practices are effective and culturally relevant. Through these initiatives, Dirayah will contribute to raising literacy levels, enhancing adult education, and supporting lifelong learning in various international communities.
The approval ceremony underscored KSrelief’s ongoing commitment to empowering organizations that create a positive social impact. By supporting educational associations like Dirayah, the center reinforces its mission of promoting education, cultural exchange, and humanitarian assistance worldwide.
This new approval allows Dirayah to collaborate with international partners and share expertise in curriculum development, modern teaching methodologies, and cultural education. The association’s efforts are expected to benefit students, teachers, and communities, providing opportunities for learning and personal growth.
KSrelief’s endorsement of Dirayah reflects its dedication to expanding the reach of Saudi-led humanitarian initiatives. The association’s work will not only strengthen education but also preserve cultural and religious knowledge, ensuring that learners abroad can benefit from structured programs that promote literacy, lifelong learning, and understanding of Arabic and Islamic traditions.
